The PIF Congress Centre offers services related to the organisation of various events, i.e.:
technical services during the event preparation and mailing of invitations editing, translation and printing of conference, materials organisation of banquets, receptions and cocktail parties, transport services and accomodation. The PIF Congress Centre offers rental of various rooms and theatres all year long. In addition to hourly rates for the rental of specific rooms, we offer attractive price packages in the periods between trade fair events.
The basic package for room rental includes the rental of a furnished hall together with lighting, amplification, heating, air-conditioning, the Internet connection and technical services.
The extended package includes both the rental of a furnished hall together with lighting, amplification, heating, air-conditioning, the Internet connection and technical services, as well as AV equipment, a car park for participants and a room for speakers.
