The Wratislavia Cantans International Oratorio & Cantata Festival held annually in September is the most renowned of the city festivals. The popular festival “Jazz on the Odra” (“Jazz nad Odrą”) has been taking place since 1964. At about the same time of year, the city hosts the International Days of Music “Porozumienie”.
