 Day 1 Arrival in Poland. Transfer to the Kotlina Klodzka region, situated in the south-western part of Poland. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 Breakfast. Bike ride or walk around Lądek Zdrój – visiting one of the well known mountain spas in the Spa House, the Arboretum and some other attractions. Grill party near the hotel, overnight stay.
Day 3 Breakfast. Sightseeing tour “the Underground world of Kotlina Kłodzka”. Visit to a Bear Cave in Kletno,then exploring an old Uran Adit and the Earth Museum. Transfer to Zloty Stok and visit to the “Gold Mine” where you can hear many fascinating stories about prospecting for gold in the Kotlina Klodzka region. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 Breakfast. Some recreation programs to choose from: fishing, hiking, cycling, skiing in winter, visit to a recreation centre with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sports hall and climbing wall. Sleighing party or carriage ride with a “grilled fish” party. Overnight stay.
Day 5 Breakfast. Sightseeing tour around Kotlina Kłodzka. Visit to Kłodzko – capital of the region. Guided tour includes: the main fortress, the Old Town with Gothic stone bridge, City Hall, Museum of the Klodzko Region. Visit to the Old Town Labyrinth leading through medieval cellars. Transfer to Międzygórze, a walk to the Maria Sniezna Sanctuary and the Wilczki Waterfall – one of the highest in the Sudetes Mountains. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6 Breakfast. Sightseeing tour in the Stolowe Mountains. Visit to Szczeliniec Wielki and Bledne Skaly (“Vicious Rocks”) – a beautiful nature reserve with an “open-air” labyrinth formed by rocks and trees. Transfer to Duszniki Zdrój – a popular health resort. Visit to Park Zdrojowy with its Spa House, famous mineral water spring as well as Chopin’s Manor House; visit to Museum of Paper Making. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7 Breakfast. Departure, additional possible tourist program: Paczków (“Polish Carcassonne”) – Nysa (“Silesian Rome”)

Natural therapeutic resources: weakly mineralised, fluoride, radioactive thermal waters (22-44 C), therapeutic mud. Location: Ladek Zdrój lies in the Biała Ladecka river valley, at the foot of the Złote mountains and the Śnieżnik massif. The local springs were already known in the Middle Ages, and the spa started to develop in the 16th century. The spa has beautiful historical architecture, with the Wojciech physiotherapy centre built on a circular plan standing in the centre. This Baroque building includes a round pool with thermal mineral water.

Location: Duszniki Zdrój is a charming health and holiday resort in the Sudety mountains, in the valley of the river Bystrzyca Dusznicka, between the Orlickie and Bystrzyckie mountains. The surrounding hillsides are covered with spruce and beech forests. The gentle mountain climate is conducive to convalescence. Duszniki Zdrój is divided into the town part, with historical houses, and the spa part, which includes a physiotherapy centre and the beautiful Zdrojowy Park. The park includes a flower clock, a colourful fountain, and the historical Fryderyk Chopin Theatre.
