What is a Custom-Made Journey?
A Custom-Made journey is a simple solution when You chose where you want to go, and allow us to arrange your accommodations, transfers, and expert local guides for your journey. All arrangements are prepared according to Your suggestions by our top profesional officers.

How to Start?
It is easy to start the planning by phone or email. Call us + 48 77 4232848 and during the conversation our officer will ask you several questions about your tour ideas. Or you can send us an e-mail at grzegorz.b@excitingpoland.com with some of your tour ideas and then, after analisis, we will contact you, probably some additional questions.

Payments
We DO NOT CHARGE for our work until the final journey offer is prepared; and then when you accept our proposal, we will ask you for confirmation and partial prepayment. When your journey date is close, or reservations must be paid soon in advance, we will ask you for a total payment for your journey.

Journey
All services contracted for you and mentioned in the yourney program WILL BE PROVIDED. Anyway if you decided to change anything in the journey services or program during the tour we will do our best to change it according to your suggestion and our capabilities.

Pre- and Post-Journey Services
The final invoice, additional information, photos, and/or guide-books may be delivered to you before and after your visit in Poland and Central Europe. After you return home we will stay at your disposal.
