Initially I sent you an email inquiring about your services, then I asked you to give me a number of different quotes, then we made the financial arrangements through the internet. Throughout this process you were completely professional and helpful.
When we were delayed in Krakow, you phoned the hotel personally to make sure all was well. Then you continued to send follow up emails.
All of our accomadations were superb, nice clean rooms, good meals. All the tours were excellent, beyond my expectations. The taxis, buses, tours, and trains were all on time.
You managed to provide all of these services at a very reasonable price. I don't think we could possibly be more happy with our vacation, and you were a very big reason why it was a success.
